The Washington County Amateur Radio Club hosted an Amateur Radio License Exam Session on April 25th, 2024. Congratulations to the following individuals on a new or upgraded license:
- Dan, Hempstead, TX: Upgrade to General
- Jack, Bellville, TX: Upgrade to Extra
- Terry, Washington, TX: New Technician License
Amateur Radio license testing is conducted under the supervision of Volunteer Examiner Coordinators (VEC’s). Volunteer Examiners (VEs) are Amateur Radio operators holding a General, Advanced or Extra Class license, approved by a VEC to prepare and administer examinations.
