The Washington County Amateur Radio Club held its October 2024 meeting on October 24th, 2024, at the Washington County EMS Facility in Brenham.
Among the topics discussed were:
- Update on the 145.390 repeater
- Potential opportunity for a new repeater site
- Testing a link with CRHRC over DMR
- Officer elections for the 2024-2025 year
Prior to the meeting, an Amateur Radio License Exam Session (VE test) was held. Congratulations to Joey Billig, KJ5HCE, on an upgrade to General Class and Ricky Higgins with a new technician license!
